Many people have purchased holiday homes in Turkey. Most of these were successful. Our research shows that most buyers at some point in the buying process  have been ripped off, for something at some point.

Although not all Estate Agents (Emlak's) / Builders etc are bad, far from it. There are many excellent ones. There are also a lot of Bad Apples who are dragging them down.

Our aim is to expose the bad and bring them down!

We want to collate all your stories and publish them on this website. Effectively turning the tide on all the untrustworthy companies.

There are many honest people who will go that extra mile to help, we want to know about these too!

These will be categorised in The Good, Bad and Ugly pages.

There are a lot off corrupt people in around the world, It is what is known as new money. Turkey is no different.
